Book now - Bergman Method Facial Reflexology
Clinical reflexology offers you a bespoke treatment which can be adapted, if necessary, each treatment. Primarily working the feet, but hand and ears may also be included if appropriate. Meridians may also be incorporated. To help alleviate stress, your treatment may incorporate elements of NEPIP (NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody). This is a technique which is exclusive to Level 5 practitioners, and is effective in helping relieve stress and anxiety. All treatments can help aid relaxation and sleep, improve mood, relieve tension and improve a sense of well-being. Ideal for all ages, men and women, to help leave you feeling rebalanced.

Reflexology can support you on your pregnancy journey, through the emotional and physical changes it brings. Reflexology can not only help with relaxation and reducing stress but may alleviate some of the physical symptoms of pregnancy. Reflexology can also help to balance the hormones at a time when they are fluctuating greatly, and is also helpful at balancing those postnatal hormones.
There can be a number of reasons couples may struggle to conceive, including age, smoking, low sperm count, diet and stress. Often there is no obvious cause for infertility. If a couple has been trying to conceive for a while, this may increase the stress levels. Reflexology aims to reduce stress, regulate the menstrual cycle and ovulation, balance the endocrine and reproductive systems to prepare the body for pregnancy, and help improve sperm quality.
A cancer diagnosis can turn your world upside down. Fear, anxiety and uncertainty, are all emotions that can overtake you. Treatments will focus on relaxation and calming. They may help alleviate side effects from the treatments, as well as anxiety. Often reflexology provides the caring touch that patients are craving aside from medical procedures.
If you are undergoing cancer treatment, please obtain doctors consent before your first treatment.

Our hands do so much for us but they also take the strain on a daily basis. Hand reflexology is extremely relaxing as well as helping to rebalance you in the same way as working the feet. You can also work some reflexes yourself at home, once shown, in between treatments.
Auricular reflexology is relaxing and energising, working the reflexes on the ear. Ear seeds may be used if appropriate, to reinforce a treatment session, providing an option for self-help between treatments.
Facial Reflexology focuses on Reflex (pressure) points on the face, which help stimulate the body's healing mechanisms and help improve circulation and nerve conduction, encouraging the release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system. The face's close proximity to the brain and cranial nerves especially makes Facial Reflexology very powerful in impacting the body systems.
The main benefits of facial reflexology are relaxation and stress relief, with a treatment leaving you feeling calm and serene. It also aims to reduce the symptoms of conditions such as Bells Palsy, migraine, sinusitis and bruxism whilst resulting in a radiant, glowing complexion.
Please note, as with any facial treatment, Facial Reflexology should be avoided until 3 weeks after any Botox or fillers
Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
It depends on your cover. If your healthcare covers reflexology and requires the practitioner to be a member of the AoR, then I can provide you with a receipt to claim.

As with all complementary therapies, some conditions are unsuitable for reflexology. These include infectious diseases, due to the risk of cross contamination, and thrombosis/DVT, as reflexology can improve circulation which can potentially cause the clot to travel. Facial Reflexology cannot be given within 3 weeks of any Botox or facial fillers.
